  We’ve been using NY tails for 3 years now for my difficult pup and they’ve been amazing! They’re very easy to schedule and I appreciate that they try and stick with the same walker if you use them on a consistent basis (I’ve had 2 now that my dog absolutely has loved - and they’ve been so kind and loving with my baby!) Their prices are fair and they give a discount if you use them at least 16x a month. I also appreciate they have a rule where they won’t have more than a certain amount of dogs on the walk (I think it’s 3 or 4?) - so I know they can pay attention to my dog. When my dog didn’t like a particular walker, they made a note and didn’t have them come again which made me feel relieved. They also can find a walker 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year - which is great! I feel calm knowing they’re taking good care of my dog. I definitely recommend!

  NY Tails provided reliable and loving care for my puppy. They were a tremendous resources for multiple walks per day before she graduated to be able to work from home with me! She loves her friends from NY Tails.

  My dog Riley has been going here for over 10 years and he loves it! I’ve boarded him here frequently as well when I’m away. He’s always excited to go in and he comes home tired.

  Me and my pup love NYtails. They add lots of videos to Instagram! We've been using them for a few years now and my pup is always wagging his tail when I drop him off!
