I visited Northeast Ford Dealership on 12/29/25 looking for a new Subaru. I had no idea that I would be going home with a new car that very day. I have a 2020 Lincoln Aviator and I had a number of issues that other dealerships throughout the mid Atlantic and Northeast could not resolve. The last of these issues resulted in my car being towed to North East Ford while I was visiting friends in the Millerton area. This occured in 2025 and the technicians and service department were fabulous. They were the first to resolve a complicated issue. Communication was fabulous and I have not had a problem since my car was in their good hands. They worked closely with Lincoln headquarters to troubleshoot and powered through this. I can't say enough good things about this location. THANK YOU! One last note: I stopped by recently to ask a question about fluctuation in tire pressure and they took me right in and checked my tires and adjusted the pressure.
